Farm Fresh Central (FFC) was developed to provide city based consumers with an online gateway to farm fresh products supplied by local producers delivered to their home.

The innovator behind the FFC system is country girl, Sarah Frith. Sarah grew up in South-Western Queensland at Roma on a beef property. Having lived on the land all of her life, Sarah relocated to Brisbane to pursue a marketing career and it was from here that the FFC concept was born. 
                                                                                                                           
“After working with Dad to market our beef, I realised that there was a huge opportunity for farmers to group together and sell their products to consumers across South-East Queensland through the one system,” said Sarah.

The purpose of Farm Fresh Central is to provide producers with the pipeline to supply products direct to consumers instead of through the traditional chains and at the same time enable consumers access to local products which are of an exceptional quality.                                                                                                  
          
“We also want to go beyond this and offer people more than just a place to buy products. We want to encourage individuals and families to visit rural Australia, communicate with the producers and understand where their food comes from,” said Sarah.

Today Farm Fresh Central is a wholesome responsible company with strong family values based at Coopers Plains Brisbane.

In August 2008 Farm Fresh Central acquired the Hunter Gatherer business to further specialise in servicing schools, child care centres, express convenience stores and corporate organisations with quality fresh food.
