Walkabout Prime sets out to balance the wild flavours of the territory with the sweetness of the maranoa. Walkabout Prime beef is grown in the heart of the Northern Territory in wide open plains as far as the eye can see and finished in the Maranoa region of South East Queensland with cracked grains and molasses.
