ORDERING
1. Browse the site and familiarise yourself with our service.
2. Click on the product categories down the left hand side of the screen to browse through all of the categories available.
3. Enter the number of serves you require in the quantity column to the right of your selected products in each category, and press 'Add.' As you add each item it will appear in the 'shopping basket' list in a square on the top of the product categories list - top left hand corner of the screen.
4. When you would like to check out, click on the 'Checkout' button which is on the right of the screen above the product categories list. (Note: you must be a member to purchase through Farm Fresh Central. If you are not a member the system will prompt you.) You can not check out until you have reached the minimum $30 order value.
5. Check your order and proceed through the steps to complete checkout. The system will prompt you to (1) check your shopping list and at this point you can add or subtract items, (2) confirm your invoice and delivery addresses (yes they can be different), (3) select a delivery method, (4) confirm your preferred delivery day, (5) select a payment method and nominate any special delivery instructions.
6. After you have checked out, you should receive a confirmation of your order and tax invoice via email. Should you not receive these, please phone the office to check that we have definitely received your order.
You can choose a set list of products to have delivered to you automatically weekly or fortnightly so that you do not have to log on to the website to purchase each time. Imagine, you can have your farm fresh vegetable box, your pick of meats, dairy and other products that you love delivered right to your door without visiting the website.
This is a popular option with corporates wanting to get a fruit box weekly or fortnightly.
To arrange automatic delivery, please phone us on (07) 3892 3223 There are no contracts associated with automatic deliveries and you can place it on hold at any time - should you have enough fresh food or be going away.

When do you deliver?
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 2pm and 5pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Your order must have been placed by 7pm on the day prior to receive delivery the next day.
No you are not required to be home for delivery. Please put instructions in the 'special delivery instructions box' provided on the order page when you are checking out of the shopping cart as to where you would like the Farm Fresh Central driver to leave your order and any other special instructions.

The cold items of your order will be packed in a styro box to keep it cool along with ice packs if you are not going to be home for some time. The boxes are very good at retaining the cool and the driver will leave it in an appropriate place or where you have directed in your 'special delivery instructions.' Fruit and vegetables and items that do not require cooling will be packed in cardboard boxes where possible to make it a little easier for you to recycle and/or dispose of the boxes.
You can request to have your entire order packaged in styro boxes as you are checking out online in the "customer comments" box if you prefer.
What if I want to pick up my order?
However if you would like your entire order packed in styro, please let us know in the customer comments box as you are checking out online.
How is the meat packaged?
The majority of our meat range is currently vacuum packaged. For an information sheet on our vacuum packaged meat, please contact the office on 07 3892 3223.

LOGIN / REGISTRATION
You can choose to register once you have placed all your shopping in the basket and begin checkout. If you haven't registered before, you will be prompted to fill out these details as you progress through the checkout. If you'd like to register first, you can find the link under the login box in the left hand column on all pages.
How do I change my personal details?
Log in (in the left hand column of all pages) Once you are logged in, you will see a button in the same area called 'Your Account' click on this and then click on 'Personal Info.' Within this area, you can also change your password, view your order history and set up saved carts or automatic deliveries.
My e-mail address has changed
Log in (in the left hand column of all pages) Once you are logged in, you will see a button in the same area called 'Your Account' click on this and then click on 'Personal Info' and change your email address. Click on the 'Update Account' button at the bottom of the page.
Under where you would normally log in (left hand column of all pages) select 'Forgot Password'. Enter your e-mail address then click on the 'Send Password' button. You will receive a new password via email.

Please email your details to us and we will close your registration and remove you from our marketing list.
