All beef is free range, grass fed and hormone free. The supplied beef is either from the Blacklock family farms or sourced from neighbours. All beef is raised humanely.

All lamb is Victorian, free range, grass fed and hormone free. Only the highest grade possible Iis supplied and the whole carcasses are butchered on site in Kilcoy.

All chicken is hormone and antibiotic free. Our chicken is delivered thrice weekly as whole birds and is then butchered on site in Kilcoy by the Queensland Natural Beef butchering team.

All pork is female and while not free range, is raised in high care piggeries by local families.

This Gourmet Meats pack is supplied by Queensland Natural Beef. Carolyn and Shane run a small family farm in the Brisbane Valley, North West of Brisbane in Queensland. Their cattle are their pride and joy and the family takes a great deal of care in their breeding, management and marketing.
